Justin Nugent | Managing Director | The Luxury Network Australia

Justin Nugent is Managing Director of the Luxury Network SA/NT, Global Ambassador at Bird in Hand and oversees a range of business interests including a Luxury Chauffeur Service and Joint Venture projects for SA Exporters. A former Solicitor at one of Australia’s largest law firms, Justin is an entrepreneurial executive with extensive and varied national and international experience. His wide range of projects in food and wine include; Founding Chair of the Adelaide Hills Food Producers, International Marketing Manager at Vasse Felix and 20 years’ experience helping Bird in Hand grow from olive oil alone into a global luxury brand.

Sharon Romeo | Director | Fino Seppeltsfield

Sharon Romeo is the co-­‐owner and co-­‐founder of Fino Seppeltsfield, she lives and breathes hospitality and is a champion for service. Sharon's resume of experience covers nearly 30 years across South Australia’s food and wine scene. Fino was established in 2006, in Willunga. Fino Seppeltsfield was established in 2014, born as a destination restaurant to complement Seppeltsfield’s re-development. Sharon was an Ambassador at the 2017 Tasting Australia and is a wine judge in the 2017 Adelaide Review Hot 100. Recent awards include: Best Maitre’d Restaurant & catering Awards 2016, Hottest service, Weekend Australian Hot 50 restaurants 2015, Best new Wine list in Australia and GT Wine List awards.
