The workshop will be an introduction to the internal marketing side of the Commission and staff will be on hand to discuss with the winners how to get the most value out of their win

Advice will cover digital, social and overall marketing and branding, public relations leverage and integration into SATC’s various channels of communication to industry and consumers.

Simply by implementing small scale affordable changes to elements of your building and/or interior design, your property can become an experience that not only functions effectively but ensures service excellence every step of the way. 

How is your building and grounds impacting on visitors? Does your building reflect your brand?

It’s easy to overlook the impact of your building on your profits; you could be losing business without realising and you may have untapped value yet to be discovered.

This workshop will guide you through:

  • How buildings (internal and external), grounds and experiences affect people’s perception of a product or service (when they are there)
  • Making small changes to add potential value and profits
  • How to start a plan for big picture changes and long term goals for your buildings/grounds
  • How your brand is conveyed through your building
  • A fundamentals worksheet that you can adopt now
