SATIC’s 9th annual tourism conference brought together a record breaking number of delegates for two full-days of professional development and networking.

The conference featured eight ServiceIQ masterclasses, 15 workshops, nine plenary sessions, more than 25 speakers and new opportunities for networking, including our first Business to Business Exchange.
