The 2017 conference will facilitate the continuous development of a dynamic, innovative and competitive tourism industry, providing delegates with an insight into the forces that will shape the direction of tourism into the future. As well as assisting delegates to develop new ideas, strategies and ways of thinking, the conference will encourage thought leadership, service excellence and best business practice across various streams.
