ServiceIQ for Smarter Business

The ServiceIQ: Smarter Business Workshops Program has been designed to build industry capability, productivity and quality in tourism businesses throughout the State.

The Program is an initiative of the Premier of South Australia and is being delivered by SATIC using funding provided by the South Australian Tourism Commission and the Government of South Australia.

A customised workshop program is being delivered in 2017 for South Australian businesses.

The workshops are small intimate group settings of no more than 30 people that are personalised to the audience and deliver tangible outcomes which are learnt today and implemented tomorrow.

Workshops are also supported by one-on-one business coaching sessions that will enable businesses to provide the highest standard of service by looking after the smallest detail and going that extra mile - every single time.

We want our business sector doing their very best in everything –the Service Excellence way.
