ServiceIQ for Smarter Business

The ServiceIQ: Smarter Business Program is designed to build industry capability, productivity and quality in tourism businesses throughout the State. The Program is an initiative of the Premier of South Australia and is being delivered by SATIC using funding provided by the South Australian Tourism Commission and the Government of South Australia. 

SATIC has committed to ensuring the delivery of a 12-month customised workshop program throughout 2017 for South Australian businesses.

The workshops are intended to be conducted in small intimate group settings of no more than 30 people that can be personalised to the audience and deliver tangible outcomes learnt today and implemented tomorrow.

These workshops will be supported by one-on-one business coaching sessions of up to 2 hours that will enable South Australian businesses to provide the highest standard of service by looking after the smallest detail and going that extra mile - every single time.  We want our business sector doing their very best in everything – the Service Excellence way.
