Reporting to the Revenue Manager and working in a team of two, the Groups Coordinator is required to: Generate enquiries and maximise bookings conversions from groups by ensuring close of sale, up-selling, cross-selling and on-selling is done at every opportunity; maintain ongoing communication across multiple departments of Adelaide Shores to ensure smooth facilitation of all bookings; providing exceptional customer service to current and future bookings, at all stages of the enquiry and quote stages, on arrival and post visit through guest follow up, ensuring a memorable stay and repeat business, handling guest special requests, issues and complaints in a pleasant and level headed manner. The Groups Coordinator is a full time position and is required to be on site for the arrival of all groups to welcome and coordinate their check in process in an efficient and professional manner. The Port Lincoln are currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated and enthusiastic full time Duty Manager to join their national award winning team. RESERVATION AGENT - Port Lincoln Hotel

This is a  ‘hands on’ role reporting directly to our Rooms Division Manager, responsible for driving sales and revenue through accurate input of reservations and management of our channel manager, third party booking sites and groups enquiries.  Minimum 2 years experience in as a similar role within a 4/5 star hotel is preferred. In addition to this, it is essential that you have impeccable customer service skills, are exceptionally organised and have good time management skills.  This is a full time salaried role, working 5 days per week.
