China Approved Destination Status Scheme
The China Approved Destination Status (ADS) Scheme is a bilateral arrangement between Australia and China that allows Australia to receive group leisure tourists from China. The Government provided $4.1 million in the 2010/11 Budget to extend the China ADS Scheme for a further four years, to 30 June 2014.
Transport SA Driver Accreditation
Anyone intending to become a driver of a taxi, large passenger vehicle or small passenger vehicle must be formally accredited by the Department for Transport, Energy and Infrastructure.
Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI)
The Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure has the responsibility for managing the registration of various forms of transport in South Australia. Some vehicles may be registered online. Note that registration differs from licences, certification or permits.
