CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICERS - Adelaide Shores

Casual Customer Service Officers cover shifts across the Adelaide Shores Resort and Caravan Park reception desks as well as the Reservations department, showing their ability to be flexible and adapt to constantly changing work environments.  Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and Reservations Manager the day to day duties of casuals can include:  Handling all guest check in and checkout requirements; Handling all guest enquiries on services and tourist attractions; Processing reservations over the phone, email and through online bookings; Handling guest special requests, issues and complaints in a pleasant and level headed manner; Credit/ cash handling; General administration.  As a casual you will be "on call" and will need to be available to work hours and shifts are varied over a 7 day roster based on the operational requirements of both departments. SENIOR NIGHT AUDITOR

The Port Lincoln Hotel is currently seeking a full time Night Auditor to join their busy Front Office team. In this 'hands on' role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overnight operations of the hotel. You will also be responsible for customer service duties including check ins, check outs, managing guest enquires, data entry, reconciliation of sales transactions, accurately identifying discrepancies and producing night audit reports. In addition to these duties, you will oversee the health, safety and well being of all guests during your shift.   The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
